I thought I was getting so good. That I was stronger than I'd ever been. Then I looked back at old race results and realized all along I'd been able to run under 10 minute miles.
Maybe its time to raise the bar. Can I get to 9 minute miles?
I ran 2.5 miles today, and did the first mile in a 9:30 pace. Its not going to be easy, but I bet I can do it with a little effort.
