Run, rest. Repeat, Repeat, etc.

Did intervals at the track today, for 8 repeats.
Run 1 min, jog (or walk) 1 min.
Tried to run closer to 8:30 miles. I was all out sprinting in the beginning, but managed to pull it in for the last half. Its tricky to feel pace, I'm not good at it.
